All Nations for the Glory of God
The mission of God is what unites the bible from beginning to end, from Genesis to Revelation, from creation to consummation. The mission of God is singular and all encompassing and this mission is accomplished through the people of God as we live locally and go globally sharing the Gospel of God.
We know that today there are still 7,000 unreached people groups and one of the questions that we need to answer is “but where will the people come from to reach these people groups?” This is the mission given to the church: to raise up, equip, send and to go to the unreached.
9 After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 10 and crying out with a loud voice, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”

Every follower of Jesus must wrestle with and be awakened to his or her unique capacity in God’s mission.
DISCERN
As people seek to discern God's calling the church will come alongside them with a plan to help assess potential candidates.
DEVELOP
The church will help provide a personal development plan and practical steps for the candidate to grow in maturity and prepare for deployment.
DEPLOY
Communicate our commitment to the candidate and commission them in the sight of the entire church.
ENCOURAGE
Provide ongoing communication, care, accountability and support for sent ones, while creating a plan for receiving them on re-entry.
Global Convictions
We are Dependent on Prayer Because Missions Is Dependent on God
We Involve the Entire Church Because the Entire Church Has A Part to Play in Missions
We Engage in Short Term Trips with the Goal of Long-Term Engagement
We Place a Priority on Reaching the Unreached
The Church is Responsible for Educating, Equipping, Sending and Supporting those called to go.
We Value Alternative Pathways to Reaching the Unreached
